Fluid Commerce’s brief for this project related to Netceed’s UK online store and migrating it to a modern Hyvä front end theme and away from its legacy theme Luma. The overarching objective was to improve site performance, streamline the customer journey and enable scalable ecommerce operations.
We have acted as the ecommerce partner for Netceed UK for several years, having previously launched the company’s ecommerce website and customer portal on Adobe Commerce. In 2025, we recommended to the ecommerce team at Netceed UK that the online store’s front end theme be moved to Hyvä and undergo a full UX (user experience) redesign, as this would have wide-ranging benefits in the conversion of potential customers.
As a Hyvä migration specialist agency for B2B companies, Fluid Commerce has carried out numerous similar projects and has seen huge increases in site speed, order numbers and average order values as a result of the UX improvements Hyvä has brought about. We knew that Netceed UK would achieve similar performance improvements by moving to Hyvä with our expert development and guidance.
As specialists in B2B ecommerce website development, Fluid Commerce held an in-depth discovery session with Netceed UK to find out what their business objectives were. The key areas Netceed wished to address with the Hyvä project were:
