Best4Flooring is an online flooring specialist, supplying vinyl, laminate, porcelain and lino flooring internationally to the public and trade.

The Brief

Best4Flooring’s business – on and offline – is run entirely through Magento. It was essential that the ecommerce platform was upgraded and improved in order to allow the company to scale up and operate as effectively as possible.

The Work We Delivered

Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)

Following an in-depth discovery, research and planning period, we produced a fresh, CRO and UX-optimised design in line with the company’s brand.

The site’s new design is clean, easy to navigate and clearly communicates the brand’s USPs.

We also created custom delivery messaging to provide anticipated delivery dates. Delivery messaging was made more prominent to provide transparency and infuse trust in the customer.

As part of the Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce 2 migration, we included key integrations with Amasty Elastic Search, Mailchimp, Reviews.io, Braintree and Klarna.

We overhauled the retailer’s Google Ads campaigns across Search and Shopping and developed a new Microsoft Advertising structure to maximise multi-channel growth opportunities.

We created campaign content tailored to specific audiences. With eye-catching visuals and ‘Instagram-worthy’ imagery, we strategically amplified the brand’s message and captured audience attention.
