Back Pain Help provide effective back care products, designed and crafted in collaboration with the UK’s leading spinal experts. The Back Pain Help team had an ambition to bring effective, but beautifully designed and crafted back care products to market, in an industry with little to no leadership from brands.
Objectives and targets
The retailer’s ambitious plans to take leadership in the UK market was followed by rapid growth in international markets such as the US, France and Finland, as the industry quickly became competitive.
Back Pain Help needed an experienced agency who could deliver a Magento 2 project quickly, in order to take advantage of the international opportunities before others. They approached us and we worked with the team to build a fast and modern Magento 2 site.

We undertook comprehensive user analysis and customer research before the redesign and build of the Magento 2 site. The user journey was considered from product landing to checkout, making it extremely easy for users to purchase at any point during their time onsite.
A story needed to be told for each and every product and so rich media and compelling lifestyle visuals support product detail throughout.
The end product is a site that delivers a stunning user interface and optimised user journey with rich, relevant and engaging content, empowering customers with information on all aspects of back pain and posture.
