The client
ChloBo is an online retailer of distinctive hand-crafted jewellery with meaning. Their online store is beautifully stocked with stacking bracelets, rings, earrings and more, with a personalised collection, kids range and perfume. The team sell directly through their online store as well as through their network of over 170 stockists nationwide
Objectives and targets
The ChloBo team recognised the need to migrate from Magento 1 to Magento 2 before the end-of-life deadline and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to redesign and refresh their site to match their new branding.
A key objective of the migration project was to make sure the new site was live before peak trading as they needed the new platform to support their Black Friday and Christmas campaigns.
They also needed ongoing Magento 2 support post-launch and we have continued to work with the ChloBo team to optimise and improve their online experience.

We fully redesigned the new site in order to match ChloBo’s new brand guidelines and to give the site a fresh, modern look, with a focus on emphasising the brands stunning imagery
The new site also improved the efficiency of the team with an easier to use Magento 2 admin interface and tools such as Page Builder that allow the team to update site content without the reliance on development time.
Alongside integrations with Dotdigital, Klevu and Klarna, we also integrated a number of new features from Magento 2 for the site, including Business Intelligence, Page Builder and related products. This helped the ChloBo team unlock their next phase of ecommerce growth with added features and ecommerce functionality.
Post-launch, we have worked with the team on new features and updates including personalised jewellery functionality and support with new product launches.
