The business is run entirely through Magento so it was essential that the ecommerce platform was upgraded and improved in order to allow the company to scale up and operate as effectively as possible.
As Magento 1 end of life approached, the Best4Flooring team wanted:
- Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce 2 migration
- Increase transactions and revenue
- Redesign and modernise the design of their online store
To further grow the Best4Flooring business, we took over their PPC strategy, which had been poorly run by previous agencies. This included:
- Optimising the existing Google Ads campaigns
- Developing a new Microsoft Advertising strategy

Following an in-depth discovery, research and planning period, we produced a fresh, CRO and UX-optimised design in line with the company’s brand.
The site’s new design is clean, easy to navigate and clearly communicates the brand’s USPs.
As part of the Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce 2 migration, we included key integrations with Amasty Elastic Search, Mailchimp, Reviews.io, Braintree and Klarna.
We also created and introduced custom delivery messaging to provide anticipated delivery dates, and made delivery messaging more prominent to provide transparency and infuse trust in the customer.PPC
We overhauled the retailer’s Google Ads campaigns across Search and Shopping and developed a new Microsoft Advertising structure to maximise multi-channel growth opportunities.

The Magento upgrades UX and CRO improvements have more than doubled the traffic to the site. This traffic is also much more likely to convert, buying more items and spending more on those items.
